Inner Space

Explore with us at the NASA Glenn Visitor Center on January 19th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as we discuss the exploration of the inner solar system. Find out more about the planets Mercury and Venus as NASA prepares for the MESSENGER spacecraft’s first encounter with the innermost planet. At 11 a.m. Dr. Steven Hauck (CWRU Professor of Planetary Geodynamics & MESSENGER Mission Participating Scientist) will present “MESSENGER: Journey to the Inner Solar System” & at 1:00 p.m. Jeffery Kilmer (JPL Solar System Ambassador) will present “Venus Unveiled: A History of Venusian Exploration.” Reservations are required for these free presentations only and can be made by calling 216-433-9653.
