New England Fall Astronomy Festival

Enjoy talks by amateurs and experts, hands-on games and activities, educational presentations and stories for kids, interaction with space science researchers and students from UNH, displays from other NH science advocates like the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center and the Margaret and H.A. Rey Center, and of course observing from dozens of telescopes! Dr. Seth Shostak, director of SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) will kick off the festival at 7 p.m., Sept. 9 with a look at his organization's operations and plans for the future with the expansion of the Allen Telescope Array.

September 9: event will run from 7 p.m. to midnight
September 10: event will run from 10 a.m. to midnight
