Maglite Night Vision

Katie Curtis
Now you can make your Mini Maglite flashlight astronomy friendly with Nite Ize LED Upgrade kit ($9.95). It replaces this AA-cell flashlight's incandescent bulb with three red light-emitting diodes and a special reflector. Simply remove the reflector and bulb, substitute the Nite Ize components, and you're ready to preserve your night vision while using your favorite flashlight. The upgrade kit is also available with blue, green, or white LEDs.
