Description

This is a photo of NGC2174, the Monkey's Head nebula. Also included are the star clusters NGC2175 and 2175s, and the bright nebular region IC2159 near the frame center.

Description

M14, the most overlooked globular in Ophiuchus because of it being located in an out of the way corner of the constellation. A tightly packed ball of stars that is hard to resolve with a small scope, but a great object nonetheless.

Description

Even if Ophiuchus was left out of the Zodiac, it has more than it's share of great deep sky objects, including a wealth of Globulars. A great cluster from a great constellation.
