2.5 INCH Telecope camera:- sony H-50 and photo frame

Description

I set up my 2.5 inch telescope and pointed at the sun. I projected the image through the eyepiece on a glass cover white piece of paper (photo frame). I took the picture with a sony h-50 camera. Nothing fancy or expensive. I had the whole neighborhood over. A few people that were walking by stopped and asked what we were doing, so we showed them. Description

Venus is visible just above the horizion while crossing the Sun disk on June 6, 2012 at sunrise. Some clouds left a narrow gap just above the horizion that allowed to view Venus transit for a few seconds. Photo taken from Stintino, a very small sea town in North-West Sardinia in Italy.

Description

In Germany Sun and Venus were rising at 04:50 a.m. but only in the north of the country were good weather conditions. I watched the sunrise on the Baltic sea near the town Peenemünde, were Wernher von Braun constructed the rockets of World War 2. During the sunrise I was very lucky to sea kind of Fata Morgana-ship over the water right under the sun. Here is my picture:
