Description

Coma measured almost 2.5 arcmin in this stack of 802 1/4 sec exposures processed in Registax4 and PS/2. Similar to visual appearance at 100-200x.

Description

The ultimate "urban comet", awesome sight in ANY instrument, from 10x50 binoculars to a 200 mm Dobsonian. No hint of green color detected visually, just a pale beautiful eye, with a condensed "pupil" and an offset "glint". Can't wait for a moonless sky and maybe a tail!
