This photo was taken with a Canon EOS 7D digital SLR camera attached a Meade 8" LX200-GPS telescope using a Meade .63 focal reducer/field flattener attached. It is during totality of the North American solar eclipse on Aug. 21, 2017, on Orchardale Farm in Cerulean, Ky, the point of longest eclipse duration.
