Compustar C-14 SCT @ f/7. Canon 20D DSLR. Photomosaic of 2 15 second exposures at ISO 200 images (upper and lower half of moon). Image processed in MaxDSLR, HP Image Zone ( to assemble photomosaic) and Photoshop CS2.

Description:

A large dynamic range across the face of the moon with deep copper red in the regions of Mare Frigoris and Imbrium and bright orange to pink in the southern highlands. A very pretty an enjoyable eclipse to observe and image.
