Description:
On Monday, August 21st, 2017, I pulled off of Rt 20 at Exit 328, in Thornton, Idaho, which lay on the center line of totality. I parked beside the old, wooded ruin of a farm building, and did some quick research on what might be the best settings for my Sony a6000. I had never tried anything like this before, and felt pressured by my late start to the day.
