Description:

The eta Carina nebula imaged about 1 hour before sunrise in the light of dawn. The nebula is bright and was still visible to the naked eye above the Southern Cross. The dar coalsack nebula is visible next to Crux. Below Crux the stars alpha and beta centauri and then the horizon already glowing.
