Comet 252P/LINEAR and the Galaxy Core

A week past it's closest approach to Earth, 252P/Linear appeared near the Milky Way core. Easy to identify with even a short exposure, the comet appears as a green fuzz ball clearly larger than the surrounding stars and planets
