Hi Resolution prominence image taken with the Lunt 152mm at 1800mm EFL and Flea2 video ccd camera.
This image shows how small some solar features really are. The spicules are approximately 5 to 10 arc seconds high. The prominence is approximately 40 arc seconds by 150 arc seconds in length.
