Description:
One of the best known areas of the Moon, with the hexagonal-shapped Lacus Mortis crater and its many rilles on the floor. Burg is the well defined crater at the core of Lacus Mortis. A lovely view at high powers through large instruments, in good seeing. Full resolution image: https://maximusphotography.files.wordpress.com/2016/11/lacusmortis.jpg
