William Optics 80mm f6 triplet , televue 0.8 reducer, Canon 350, on Celestron CG5 mount. Exposures approx. 1/30 sec under aperture priority, at ISO 100
Photo montage shows comet McNaught setting under the Golden Gate Bridge. Individual exposures are approx 10 sec apart. The next to last image shows a mirage or reflection of the comet in the ocean. The last image shows the tail above the horizon. The montage is made from sections of the original frames. Resampling for 640 x 480 overall size has reduced the quality of the images significantly.
