Takahashi TOA 130 telescope with NGP mount and SBIG ST10XME. Approximately 7 hours of data recorded, HA-2 hrs, L-2 hrs, RGB 40 min ea.

Description:

A large faint nebulous region located in northern part of the constellation Cepheus is known as NGC 7822. This image is of the brighter southern cloud designated Cederblad 214. It is located approximately 6000 light years from earth. The nebula is a star forming region, the oldest stars are approximately 5 million years old.
