Vixen VC200L on EQ6 Pro with Nikon D800 and 2x Barlow in video mode.
This picture was taken with a Nikon Nikon D800 in video mode (1080 HD 200 iso rating 24 frames/sec) using a Celestron 2x Barlow with T adaptor. 20s exposure total of 480 frames. The Nikon MOV file were converted to an AVI file using the free software PiPP so that it could be stacked in Registax. Apart from the stacking no other processing was done (i.e. no sharpening or noise reduction). Seeing was average, but shows what can be done if no planetary camera is available. The original file is very large and shows wealth of detail.
