Description:

Setup outside the observatory at 2 AM. The camera wastreined at the Perseus constellation with the Pleades visible at the upper right of the FOV, and Capella was just below the meteor observed. We were averaging < 1/ min, and most were not coming "out" of the Perseus Constellation. Several photos just missed being caught, but this one wasn't. The close-up shows distinct color banding of the elemental make-up of the meteor.
