DescriptionOne of the best sights of the 11/7 eclipse was the cone of the shadow of the moon coming to cover our observing site.
Usually, when the sun is high at totality, the cone is not that easy to see, but at El Calafate, the sun was very low, so the umbra crossed the site parallel to the ground, and was easily visible and very noted.
