Elephant Trunks are structures of gas and dust notably found within large star formations.⁣ ⁣ While there are many catalogued elephant trunks in the stellar landscape, one the most prominent is "The Elephant's Trunk Nebula" (IC1396), the image of this submission, and can be apparently located inside the Garnet Star Nebula.⁣ ⁣ Another famous one is "The Pillars of Creation Nebula" that can be apparently located inside the Eagle Nebula.
