I used a modified Canon 300d with a Canon EF 28-70mm lens at 50mm f/5.6 mounted on a homemade, motorized barn door tracker. I took 53 exposures of 1 min 35 sec each for a total exposure time of 1 hr and 24 minutes.
This shows just north of the Milky Way's center, which is littered with dust and dark nebulae. It also exhibits several emission nebulae and open star clusters.
